Session fees

Session fees at Paoli Psychological Associates range from $120 to $200. Psychological testing and consulting are priced differently — please contact us for details.

We accept most major credit cards.

Sliding scale

We offer a sliding fee scale based on household income for clients who may find it difficult to afford our standard rates. We’re happy to discuss this when you call — please don’t let cost be a barrier to reaching out.

Insurance

We do not accept insurance directly or file insurance forms on your behalf. However, we provide a detailed monthly statement with all the information you need to submit a claim for out-of-network reimbursement.

Many health insurance policies include out-of-network mental health benefits. Reimbursement amounts vary by plan, so we recommend checking with your insurer before your first appointment. Questions to ask your insurer include:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
• What is my out-of-network deductible, and has it been met?
• What percentage of the fee will be reimbursed after the deductible?
• Do I need a referral or pre-authorization?
